The VISUAMALL OPTION plus SALES application is a dedicated viewer available only for contracted companies.

OPTION plus SALES is a service that provides a business sales tool for companies. It allows them to create an estimate and bill from the dedicated viewer by distributing information of registered items on a management system to terminal device users in the company.
Furthermore, in cooperation with an attractive presentation produced by a separate service, VISUAMALL SMART CATALOG, it can be used in a series of processes from introducing products to creating an estimate or bill.

OPTION plus SALES Function Overview
(1) Creating an estimate or bill
The user can create an estimate or bill by selecting an item list and entering customer information. Print Preview allows the user to quickly see what the created estimate will look like when it’s printed. The created estimate or bill can be shared among terminal device users.

(2) Creating an estimate from a template and from an existing estimate
Preparing an estimate template allows the user to quickly create an estimate or bill only by entering customer information. The user can also create an estimate or bill by copying information created or published in the past.

(3) Sending an estimate or bill
The user can send an estimate or bill by attaching it to an email and by printing it with Apple AirPrint.

(4) Using offline
OPTION plus SALES is also available offline if it needs to be used in an adverse communication environment.
